Make it easy to configure camel versions used during test executions

    Description

      currently handled with a property file containing only keys and which will try to update with an online file on github.

      would be nice to:

      • have no online call
      • have a way to customize the versions used (we can imagine then to launch all existing versions in a separate jobs and keep only latest minor versions on PR and master)
