currently, there is no feedback when the camel debugger is disconnected, it can lead also to some NPE when trying to do further actions that should not be allowed anymore
What's done:
- provided greyed out icon when disconnected/terminated
- provided prefix to label when disconnected/suspended/terminated
- don't allow termination on remote camel context
