Provide a zip file of the Target Platform

The build of the Target Platform can take several hours locally and seems not very stable.
To avoid that everyone have to build the Target Platform locally and hit the unstability issues, we should provide a zip of target platform somewhere ready to download/unzip/use in Eclipse
It will also allow to detect potential issue when upgrading versions.

Proposal: provide jobs on Jenkins to build the TP and archive it as a zip format.

• we will need it for Fuse Tooling, SwitchYard Tooling (and SAP?)
• one job per branch per component then?
• manual trigger to start
• if possible to scan for jbtis version and parent pom version maybe an automatic trigger for that
• check time to download final zip, if too much try to put the zip on a special server with fast download available
