Automatic addition of a user when creating fuse runtimes

For JBoss Fuse runtimes we should automatically add a user to the runtimes user.properties file which will then be used to connect to this runtime from within Eclipse. We should not use the "admin" user but create some other user for the Eclipse side.
User name could be "eclipse" or "fusetooling" and password can be a random value.
