title of docs should be "Fuse IDE for Camel" rather than "Working with Fuse IDE for Camel"

I spent a few minutes scanning the Help -> Help Contents pull down menu option; I couldn't see the Fuse IDE help.

Turns out I was reading the start of each line in a tree with about 12-15 items; given the last few words are not terribly useful ("e.g. User Guide / Manual / Documentation) my eyes were naturally scanning the first few words of each row which tends to be descriptive - e.g. "Mylyn...., JAX-WS...., Java dev....".

I totally missed the Fuse IDE help as Fuse IDE is mentioned right in the middle of the sentence. I think it'll be easier to spot the Fuse IDE stuff if we start with just "Fuse IDE for Camel" or even "Fuse IDE for Camel User Guide" or something.
