Description
XML is case-sensitive, but our parser apparently is not. However, I can't find any way currently to make it case-sensitive, so we either need to do more research to find a way to do that, or at least warn the user appropriately which elements/attributes in particular XML files have name conflicts due to being treated as case-insensitive.
