using XSD referencing files is not working for data transformation

      1. Open sample project from FUSETOOLS-2123
      2. Using Palette, add a Data Transformation. Choose XML to Java.
      3. Use the provided XSD, 'NBSInvoiceEBM.xsd'. For the root element, choose 'CreateInvoiceListEBM'.
      4. Choose whatever Java class
        --> When you try to complete the action, the IDE won't complete the Wizard.
