Set the default camel file path in wizard when creatign a new camel file

currently, it selects by default src/main/resources
although by default it should be src/main/resources/OSGI-INF/blueprint or src/main/resources/META-INF/spring

if created elsewhere, it must be specified in Bundle-Blueprint manifest header for blueprint and in ? for spring
