Incorrect Java requirement for Camel facet

      1. Create an empty blueprint project with camel 2.17
      2. Maven > Update Maven project > OK
      3. Since the pom.xml specifies Java 1.7 the project is updated to Java 1.7 and the error occurs.

      The following error occurs if you use a project with Java 7 and camel facet 2.17

      One or more constraints have not been satisfied.
        Camel 2.17 requires Java 1.8 or newer.

      Note that Camel 2.17 should support Java 1.7, see
      http://camel.apache.org/2016/03/11/apache-camel-217-will-be-last-release-to-support-java-17.html
