Unable to open editor if the file doesn't define a camel context

    Description

      A customer split his context contents into 2 files.
      One file (beans.xml) is housing only the beans and other global stuff while the other (blueprint.xml) is housing the actual routes.
      While we can open the blueprint.xml fine we badly fail with the beans.xml. Suggested behaviour would be that we open the editor and display every tab. The design tab would be just empty.
