Generating unique route IDs should be project-wide, not just config-wide

    Description

      Now that the Camel editor is generating IDs for new components by default, we discovered an issue when it's used in conjunction with SwitchYard projects. If you have two Camel implementations inside a SwitchYard project, they can be in two separate route configuration files. If a route in one has the same ID as the route in the other, there are collisions.
