currently:

• Browse Button is enabled when "use defautl workspace location" is selected.
• If click on Browse and select a path, the checkbox is unchecked but the Path text stays disabled

Several solutions:
--> disable Browse button when "use defautl workspace location" is checked
--> enable the text field after using the Browse button
