In case of a Camel context XML file is corrupted (not well formed or not valid), we should not display Design of the routes at all. Only Source tab should be available. If the user try to switch to Design tab, he should be informed about problems with XML file and redirect back to Source tab.

Use cases:

1. user try to open a corrupted XML file --> inform about problems and switch to Source tab
2. user corrupt XML in Source tab and switch to Design --> inform about problems and switch back to Source tab
