Provide Rule validation about duplicate id into Problems View and Project Explorer

      If there is a duplicate id in a Camel Context XML file, user is not warned of it via Problems view and Project Explorer.

      Other problems (e.g. empty mandatory field) are immediately propagated to Problems view and Project Explorer, so a user knows something is wrong.
