Support Beans in Global Configuration editor

    Description

      Provide a manipulations with beans (in tab Configurations)

      • label the category as Beans
      • provide a wizard for creating a new bean
      • properties view need to provide:
        • an editable list of possible parameters and their values.
        • a way to jump to Java class
