Abandon the old camel model plugin

delete the old model plugin and move all not yet transitioned classes which still are required into foundation or new model plugin. Make sure all references to classes in the old model plugin are changed / refactored.
Remove the plugin from the maven build reactors and the feature definitions.
Check if the build still works.
