Fuse tooling doesn't inform about wrong deployment

      Fuse tooling doesn't inform about wrong deployment. For example, if a test fails then the project is not deployed but the IDE doesn't inform a user about such problem.

      Moreover, the Servers view displays the project as deployed with status '[Synchronized]'.

      The only information about the problem is in the command line from where I executed the JBDS.
