Scalar to vector mapping - Cancel button creates a mapping

      1. import starter project
      2. add Data Transformation component
      3. create a new variable
      4. create a new transformation from the variable to XyzOrder --> lineItems --> itemId
      5. on Collection Indexes dialog hit Cancel button

      If I hit Cancel button on Collection Indexes dialog, a mapping is created anyway
