Dialog for choosing Java classes is empty

    Description

      When creating a new transformation configuration for the csv-to-xml example, the selection dialog to choose a Java class from the second page of the wizard (for the csv source, type "other") is empty. We had a similar problem earlier before we moved to JIRA: https://github.com/fusesource/fuseide/issues/277
