Disconnect from local fabric after server is shutdown

      1. run JBoss Fuse Server within JBDS
      2. create a fabric via Shell View (fabric:create)
      3. create a new Local Fabric
      4. connect to the local fabric
      5. shutdown the server
        => attached error is occured
        => IMHO would be better to automatically disconnect appropriate local fabric when the server is going to shutdown (no error occurs)
