separate out the SAP tooling from fuse IDE main git repository and build

    Description

      Since SAP tooling is:

      a) going to be delivered as separate site
      b) is impossible to build out of the box since it requires non-publically available SAP binaries
      c) because of #B nothing in FuseIDE must/should ever depend on it anyways

      I suggest to not pollute Fuse tooling dependency resolution with any non-open parts and have the SAP specific tooling physically separated.

      Should allow for cleaner jenkins and develop experience too.
