do more cheat sheets to cover all aspects of working with Fuse Integration Tooling

1. create sheet cheats for all things you can do with Fuse Tooling
2. display the cheat sheets view in the Fuse Integration Perspective by default
3. provide cheat sheets for small chunks of work like:

• how to poll a folder
• how to do a CBR
• how to write debug log outputs
• how to provide a soap endpoint
• etc.

Each of those smaller chunk sheets should use an existing project and context and add stuff to it instead of creating new routes etc. That way a user could build a route by just following some cheat sheets.
