We need an expression builder dialog / wizard where users can choose an expression language and build their expressions with code completion help / templating support. It should be also possible to test an expression on a file for instance (example xpath expr. on an xml file).

That builder can then be invoked from the properties view when users want to edit an expression they can click a button next to the text field and invoke that builder.
