Run as / Debug as Local Camel Context available on project

Currently the Run as / Debug as shortcut is only available when invoking the context menu on a camel context file. In future we should make this possible for a selected project too.

In case there is only a single context in the project it should be executed without any questioning. If there is more than one context we should prompt the user to select the context to execute.
