provide a UI to allow user to add new components to the palette; which should be aware of all the known camel components in Fuse.

Choosing a new component should pass to a configuration UI letting the user configure - say the database configuration; the JMS configuration to connect to the broker, the web service URL location, the FTP server login/password etc.

Then folks should be able to use that to create new endpoints within the newly added component.

Internally this should update the pom.xml to add the necessary new camel dependencies to the project
