Unified way of deploying projects to server runtimes is via Run As - Run On Server. Fuse projects does not comply with this "standard" (only web projects could be deployed this way to Fuse).

To provide unified developer experience in JBDS-IS (including Fuse plugins) this good practice should be preserved and osgi bundles should be deployable also this way (not just via Fuse JMX navigator).
