If a user selects the JBoss Fuse 6.1 (or something else in the JBoss Fuse section) during creation of a new server runtime environment, the following problems can occur:

1. Finish button is enabled (see attachment) - IMHO it should be disabled, because environment's details is not set.
2. click on the Cancel button cause an error (see attachment)
