Home path is not properly computed in calls to initLogEventSourcesConfigProp in FuseServerDiscoveryComponent

The homeProperty value is the name of a system property that has to be looked up to get the actual home path before calling initLogEventSourcesConfigProp. Incidentally, this hasn't shown up because most fuse plugins use non relative logFile paths. But plugins that do won't get the correct value for log file monitoring.
