Need to update the supported configurations page to make clear that

• Fuse 7.11 should not run on FIPS with OpenJDK 11.
• It can run with Oracle 8 & 11, Adoptium 8 & 11, and OpenJDK 8.
• Fuse is not FIPS certified, it just works on FIPS enabled RHEL
