Typo in protobuf-serialize-action examples

      I think there are 3 typos:

      1. 40.3.1.3. Procedure for using the Kamel CLI - there should be "step-1"

      2. 40.3.2. Kafka Action protobuf-serialize-action-binding.yaml is missing first step "json-deserialize-action"

      3. 40.3.2.3. Procedure for using the Kamel CLI - the command should contain also step "json-deserialize-action" and "step-1.schema" (EDIT)
