For FuseOnline, we haven't mentioned how to access Infra Pod. We should mention this somewhere at link[1].
User can also access Infra Pods. If the Ignite management url is like http://app-proj12345.6a63.fuse-ignite.openshiftapps.com/, than OpenShift Online management console can be accessed as: https://console.fuse-ignite.openshift.com/console/project/ However direct manipulation (e.g scale up) of those pods is not supported.
