New bean returns null: ***ERROR*** [beans new-bean] null

I get always the following error creating a bean:
[ArqTest] ArqTest $ beans new-bean --type de.arqtest.bean.TestBean2.java --scoped REQUEST
Wrote C:\/Users/myuser/workspace/ArqTest/src/main/java/de.arqtest.bean.TestBean2.java
**ERROR** [beans new-bean] null

If the package not exists, the file is named like the package. In my case I have an empty file with the name:
"de.arqtest.bean.TestBean2.java"
