project-new - To work with IDEA without having existing project loaded

When using IDEA you cannot start a new project using the forge project-new command without having to load some existing project first.

Instead IDEA has its own "new project" wizard which has integration with various stuff (see screenshot). It would be good if forge could integrate into this wizard as well.
