AbstractJavaSourceCommand should not depend on CDI

AbstractJavaSourceCommand uses @Inject for their inputs and ProjectFactory. Should be refactor to not implement the getProjectFactory() (that's up to the container the addon implementing a command uses) and use UIBuilder.getInputComponentFactory()
