addon-install-from-git does not work with tags

      addon-install-from-git --url https://github.com/forge/angularjs-addon.git --ref 2.1.2.Final

      fails with:

      ***ERROR*** Ref origin/2.1.2.Final can not be resolved

      despite there is a `2.1.2.Final` tag.
