JSF 2.1 is used by default in the jboss-javaee-6.0 pom.

Using JSF 2.0 presents some trouble, given that the techpreview repository does not contain the JSF 2.0 artifacts.

Therefore it would be nice to make the JSF 2.1 as the default version to be selected when faces-setup is executed.
Also, since JSF 2.0 is no longer maintained, the version should be fixed at 1.0.0.Final
