Enable UI commands by category

    Description

      It should be possible to select which Categories would be enabled in the UI, displaying only the commands that the user is interested.

      Eg: 

      ui-enable-categories --categories JavaEE,Scaffold

      then, if Ctrl+4 is pressed (or <TAB> in shell), it should display only the commands associated with the categories chosen.

      The command name may be improved as well.
