The goal of this task is to create the new timeline component. We should first investigate if we will use react-topology or react flow for this component. The timeline should have the capability to show information in a popup when the cursor is positioned over a particular node. We should also allow clicking in a particular node to open something.

As this component can be used by other serverless workflow applications, this component should live in the KIE Tools repository in a dedicated package that will be published to npmjs.

We can start working on this component in the orchestrator plugin code and later move to KIE Tools but keep in mind that the component cannot depend on anything specific to Backstage.
