To simplify the adoption of the assessment workflow, we'd like a stripped version of the assessment to include the minimal requirements which is:

1. Basic SWF for the assessment with return of a json result of the expected from assessment workflow
2. Include input and output json schema

no custom code nor pre-check workflow should be included in this template.
