      source is marked as subcommit instead of normal folder when saving the output of move2kube

      How reproducible:
      doabble

      Steps to reproduce:

      1.Run m2k

      2.Go to the branch and see that the source folder is weird

      Actual results:

      $ git checkout e2e-test-1706266139

 $ ls

      Expected results:
