Description of the problem: The duration in the workflow runs table is wrong
seems to be showing how much time since the workflow ran, not the duration. 
(The issue was observed by gcaponet)

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use Docker image: quay.io/kiegroup/kogito-swf-devmode-nightly:main-2024-01-08
2. Execute some WF
3. Observe its duration in comparison to the time since it was executed  **

Expected results: The duration column should display the duration of a WF in avg.
