The goal is creating a design for collecting parameters of a workflow before its execution.
The workflow normally comes alongside a schema that helps the workflow runner define the inputs.
The schema can be split into multiple parts.
Each schema part (one or more) should be presnted as a separate step.
The content of each step is a form with input validaiton and entries dependant on the type (checkbox for boolean, selectbox for enum, etc)
The look and feel should follow the scaffolder form of backstage
If there's no schema, the user should be able to enter the info into a a plain JSON textarea.
