With the development of the orchestrator plugins on a fork branch, there is a need to produce an image containing janus-idp with orchestrator plugins.

Once the script is ready and can be used by the orchestrator deployment for a more-frequently- updated image, the process of producing the image will be extended to install also the notification-plugin and configure it.

The image will have to be pushed to quay.io/orchestrator org.
