The goal of this task is to create the page that provides means for starting authoring workflows. In the POC, we created a simple page that has buttons to create workflows from scratch (either YAML or JSON), some samples, and an import from URL section. We don't have a mockup for this page and it is still up for discussion. For the first version, we may consider providing a very simple page or not having one at all (e.g. the button "Create new" in the workflow list could simply show a dropdown for creating a JSON or YAML workflow, nothing more).
