The goal of this task is to create a component for the workflow list. The list should be populated by querying the backend plugin through the API (plugins/orchestrator/src/api/api.ts). We may have to change the current API to return all necessary information. The actions in the table should point to the appropriate route. We should also take into consideration that we need to somehow store information related to the starred workflows. Although part of another task, we should keep in mind that this page could be accessed by different roles.
