As a developer I would like to correlate an assessment workflow execution and its returned workflow options (infrastructure workflow) so that the user can identify the workflow options returned from each assessment. A correlation ID could be use to support this association /correlation and it will good to share the context across the assessment and the workflow options returned.

Another motivation for maintaining the correlation: For observability purposes, by storing the origin of a workflow (triggered manually or as a result of assessment), we can identify the popularity of the assessment and success rate of workflows as a result of assessment vs direct invocation.
