This item is to

a) document the approaches we can in order to deploy the entire workflow solution and make a recommendation on which one we should take:

1) Use a meta-operator to deploy the operators and other services automatically.

2) Use a helm chart to deploy the entire solution.

3) Use Argo CD.

b) implement the helm chart based on the approach decided.
