The core objective of this epic is to design and implement a demo of the Orchestrator (renamed from Parodos v2).

This encompasses the setup of a development environment, integration of basic workflows, and utilization of a constrained version of the necessary Orchestrator plugin without notifications.

For this version, we'll run backstage locally (not deployed on a cluster) to interact with workflows run in Quarkus devmode.

The first workflow to demo will be the OCP onboarding, which requires a running OpenShift cluster to create the resources.

This requires changes on the plugin side to support the presentation of the created resources on Backstage (since this demo excludes the notification service, another method should be used for it).

The first demo will not include the assessment workflow.
