As a user, I want to have the capability to deploy both Parodos and Backstage within the same Kubernetes namespace.

By deploying Parodos and Backstage in the same namespace, users can leverage shared resources and simplify the deployment process. 

Proper testing will be conducted to validate the compatibility and functionality of the co-deployed applications.

CI tests need to be updated as well.
