in m2k, user needs to answer a questionaire before transformation.  To notify in task logs and notification service is not enough, we need to have a alert panel to make it more obvious. To achieve that,  we need to add a new field in task in 
WorkStatusResponseDTO for the alert message. Developers also need a way to set the alert message with markdown format from task execution.
